Sunflowers,  Yellow and White
16 x 20"  Oil on Canvas
$195.

To say these are "sunflowers, past" seems so sad, although, technically, since it is December (in Northern California), they are from the past summer.  I never tire of trying to get sunflowers just right - to me they symbolize hope and warmth, each new flower full of promises. I like to think each one has its own personality, and try to capture it.

This painting is already framed, simply and beautifully.
