This month, The Virtual Paintout is traveling through Croatia. In Hrvatska Dubica, near the Bosnia and Herzegovina border, I found that winter frosts were still dominating the landscape, even though the trees were blooming with spring blossoms. The early morning fog seems very atmospheric and full of mystery.
